junior kinda - kinda

24 - 36 months

Welcome to the Kindergarten Rooms. Our junior kindy room caters for children from 24-36 months and our kindy from 3-4 years.

Our Kindergarten programs cater for each child’s individual abilities, needs, skills, interest, learning styles and development.

The education and development of your child is fostered in all of our programs and stimulated through a variety of rich and challenging learning activities. All learning activities are centred on the concept of play which we believe fosters all aspects of the child’s development: emotional, social, intellectual, linguistic, and physical. It involves the integration of what children have learned and creates opportunities for children to continue learning and discovering in an enjoyable and safe environment.

To assist us with meeting the needs of your developing child our staff continually observe and monitor your child’s progress through formal and informal observations and report regularly to you through a variety of different mediums. Through ongoing observations of every child our programs are designed to be open ended and flexible so that they can be constantly monitored, evaluated and modified to assess and assist with each child’s development.

Throughout the day your child will be immersed in experiences which will encourage them to:
